Cancel an order when it's not dispatched yetUpdated 6 days ago

Please note that cancellation of an order cannot be guaranteed as we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and once it is placed, our warehouse team begins processing it. We recommend carefully reviewing your order to ensure all details are correct before submitting it. Changes or exchanges of products are not possible after the order has been placed.

During our working hours, we will attempt to cancel your order if possible. To assist us in processing your request, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The reason for cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order because you found a better offer or discount, please contact us, and we will check if we can accommodate you.

Please include "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject of your email to help us process your request more quickly.
