Our bears are carefully formulated so you can safely combine different varieties without the risk of an overdose.

However, to maximize effectiveness, we recommend taking the collagen bears (Born This Way & Bootylicious Shape) separately from the others.

You can comfortably take up to four different types of bears at the same time.
