What if customer service doesn't answer?Updated 10 days ago

We always make sure to answer to every customer who writes us!

If you don't see any answer from us:

  • maybe you expect a too soon answer. Please note that our response time is 1-2 working days.
  • please check your spam folder, maybe our answer is there
  • we cannot answer during weekend, we will be available from Monday to Friday!

If you haven't received a response from customer service, we kindly ask that you wait at least 3 days before sending a follow-up message.
