When should I take the bears?Updated 3 days ago

When you snack on the bears is entirely up to you! You can spread them throughout the day to snack on between meals, or enjoy them all at once - whether as a snack at 10 a.m., as a sweet alternative to Knoppers, as a dessert or cosily on the couch while watching a series. The decision is yours! 

Exceptions to the rules:

Our collagen bears, i.e. Bootylicious Shape and Born This Way, should be taken separately from other bears. This allows them to develop their optimum effect. It is also important not to take our Burn Baby Burn and My Metabolic Matcha on an empty stomach.

The Wake Up Energy Call bears should be taken in the first half of the day (i.e. in the morning, at midday or even in the early afternoon - but not in the evening), whereas our Keepin It Calm bears should be consumed in the late afternoon or in the evening.
