Shipping costs
Standard delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is free for purchases of €29 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge €3.90 shipping.

How long does the delivery take?
The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days (Monday-Saturday). Please note that the delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive the tracking number and not from the moment you place the order. Once the parcel is handed over to the cour
Dispatch time
On the product page, you’ll see if a product is available or if dispatch will take longer. We always ship complete orders, so if one item has a longer preparation time, it may delay the whole order. When all items are available, we typically dispatch

How to track an order
