How do I make use of the satisfaction guarantee?Updated 8 days ago

You have 100 days from the date your order is placed to contact us regarding a return or refund. After this time period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds.

Make sure to reach out to us within this window, and we'll be happy to assist you!

Important Notes:

The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be applied once per product.

We offer a maximum of 3 Satisfaction Guarantees across different products. After reaching this limit, we will not be able to process further refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

To request a refund or return under the Satisfaction Guarantee, you can contact us directly using the CONTACT FORM. Please include the attached document:

Please also note that the Satisfaction Guarantee is only possible if orders are placed on our website. No refund will be performed on products bought elsewhere (Shops or Amazon).
