Common reasons include:
- Incorrect delivery address
- You were absent during delivery attempts
- You rejected the delivery
- The package wasn't picked up during the storage period at the post filiale
Once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse, our customer service team will either issue a refund automatically or get in touch with you to resolve the situation.
Please note that the original shipping charges are not included in the refunded amount.
