Package sent back to warehouseUpdated 9 days ago

You can check the delivery page for the specific reason why your package was sent back.
Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • You were absent during delivery attempts
  • You rejected the delivery
  • The package wasn't picked up during the storage period at the post filiale

Once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse, our customer service team will either issue a refund automatically or get in touch with you to resolve the situation.

Please note that the original shipping charges are not included in the refunded amount.
