My parcel arrived damagedUpdated 10 days ago

In general, carrier handles parcels very carefully. Nevertheless, it can happen from time to time that a parcel arrives damaged. If any of the jars in your parcel have been damaged or lost due to damage, we will of course be happy to replace them. 

Please send pictures of the box, the shipping label on the parcel and the damaged jars to our customer service team via the CONTACT FORM. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible. 

IMPORTANT: please do not throw away the parcel or product for the time being. It could be that carrier company still needs the parcel for an internal investigation.
